In Transition

Hello people! Sorry for the long silence. I've been quite busy reorganizing my stuff.

Anyways, for those of you who have been relocated because of work, the transition phase can be quite exhausting. Packing up your things can take a lot of your energy. Not to mention the thing that you have to carry to your destination. At the end of the day you will find yourself quite drained. Some people find it hard to get a good night's sleep after a very exhausting day. And not having a good rest can lead to a wild or distraught in appearance the next day. Not only that, your energy level won't be the same. You'll easily get tired and exhausted.

So if you want to get a good night's sleep after a very tiring day, the best thing that you can do is to relax your mind. Stop worrying. Take a deep breath. Breathing deep can help you relax your mind. Wear comfortable clothes when you go to bed. Visualize relaxing images such as a soothing scenery. For me, drinking a warm glass of milk really helps. You should try it (for those who are not lactose intolerant).

Having a good night's sleep after a tiring day will help you recharge all the energy that you used so that you will wake up fresh and ready to tackle the day ahead.

  1. Have you heard of Anthony Bourdain of that tv show called "No Reservations"? I think you'd be a good host like him. He's a food critic and goes all over the world for a different experience of food and tradition. One of his destinations was Philippines. Search him on youtube. You can probably take a 45minute video segment of your interest and approach any network to view it. Who knows, you might get an offer to be on tv? I think this is a good suggestion... =)
